Richard Benson  Industrial and Engineering Consultant.

Mr. Benson is a consulting engineer in electrical equipment manufacturing. He spent 17 years as general manager of Wescosa in Saudi Arabia, transforming the company into a vertically integrated manufacturer of electrical equipment. Mr. Benson has held several management positions in engineering and manufacturing at Westinghouse. He is a licensed professional engineer with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Prior to joining Fuller Brands, a Buckingham II portfolio company, Mr. Grabowski was President of Fairfield Mint, a Buckingham I portfolio company.  He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Catalog, the nation's largest mail order distributor of wigs and wig accessories. Prior to Specialty Catalog, Mr. Grabowski was President of several other notable catalog operations including Carol Wright Gifts, Brownstone Studios, and Popular Club Plan. Further, he started his career with Doubleday and Company and was President of their largest unit, the Doubleday Book Clubs from 1981 to 1987.

Prior to joining Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution's Power Transformer Operations, an importer and reseller of power transformers, Mr. Lackey was Regional Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution's Northern USA business, a transmission and electrical products business. Previously, Mr. Lackey was Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Rolls Royce Transformer Group, a power transformers business. In addition, Mr Lackey held senior management positions at Westinghouse Electric Corporation's International Business Development and Asia Business Development divisions.

Charles Slater  Former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute

Prior to joining the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute, Mr. Slater was Executive Director of the Iron & Steel Society. Previously, Mr. Slater was President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnstown Corporation, a foundry and fabricator. In addition, Mr. Slater held senior management positions at Edgewater Corporation, National Steel Corporation's Steel Group, Republic Steel Corporation's Steel Divisions and Enduro Division and Jessop Steel Company.

Peter Sognefest  President and Chief Executive Officer, SEAMOC (South East Asia Manufacturing Operations Consultancy)

Prior to joining SEAMOC, Mr. Sognefest was Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Xymox Technologies, a membrane switch manufacturer. Previously, Mr. Sognefest was President and Chief Executive Officer of L-H Research, Inc., a switching power supplies manufacturer. In addition, Mr. Sognefest held senior management positions at IRT Corporation, Digital Appliance Control, Inc. and Motorola Inc.'s Industrial Electronics Unit and Instruments and Controls Business. Mr. Sognefest also serves on the boards of directors of II-VI, Inc. (NASDAQ IIVI) and Pillar Industries.


Robert Weil  President and Chief Executive Officer, Process Equipment Company

Prior to joining Calwax, a specialty manufacturer and distributor of waxes for the industrial, cosmetic, wine, jewelry and candle markets, Mr. Weil was President and Chief Operating Officer of GDI, a software incubator holding company. Prior to these two assignments, Mr. Weil spent eleven years at American Honda Motor Co. Inc as corporate Vice President for the North American replacement parts business a $1.5 billion division and Vice President of Finance. From 1978 to 1989, Mr. Weil held several positions with Esterline Technologies Corporation a diversified, international manufacturing corporation listed on the NYSE. As President of Excellon Automation, an international manufacturer of precision printed circuit board drilling and inspection equipment with annual revenues of $100 million, Mr. Weil lead the successful business recovery during the 1984/1985 downturn in the electronics market. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
